1848 Advisors represents owners in the sale of oil and gas properties — producing assets, undeveloped leasehold, minerals, royalties, and drilling ventures.

Most engagements involve private owners and family-owned companies, often at meaningful points of transition: a full business sale, a partial divestiture, or simply cleaning up the portfolio.

The work is handled personally, with experienced guidance through every stage of the process.

Approach

Assignments are selective. The work requires judgment as much as process — knowing when to run a full marketing effort and when to move quietly is often the difference between a good outcome and the best one.

Principal

Jason Reimbold has spent over two decades in A&D and energy finance, advising on acquisitions, divestitures, and asset valuations across a range of market environments and producing basins. He spent the last ten years leading the A&D advisory business at BOK Financial before establishing 1848 Advisors.

He is a veteran of the U.S. Army Cavalry and earned his spurs while serving in South Korea.
